Shipping Policy – Zenvy Studio

At Zenvy Studio, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Once you place an order, it is processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, your order is shipped through our delivery partners and typically reaches you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We may offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options, depending on availability at your location. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including full address and contact details. Zenvy Studio will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

In case your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
