Return & Refund Policy – Zenvy Studio

Effective Date: 4th April 2026

At Zenvy Studio, we strive to provide unique and useful products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that a fixed return shipping fee of ₹119 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of reverse pickup and handling. 

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used, damaged (not due to our fault), or missing original packaging.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos. In such cases, no return shipping fee will be charged, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
